What's the best class to solo old content?

What's the best class to solo old content?

I wanna make a new character to solo Classic Raids and TBC Dungeons (I don't think TBC raids are possible?), what class is best suited for this task? some people told me it's Death Knight, some people told me it's Paladin, some people told me it's Hunter...

Which one is it? :D

Any class that can tank and heal.

easiest - paladin, deathknight, tried with both and feel equal
easy - hunter, warrior with proper build
medium/hard - everyone except mage.

I vote DK. Soloed pretty much all classic raids (or bosses atleast) as a blood/unholy dk. Some bosses might require tank gear tho, - Golemagg from MC comes to mind. Ragnaros took me 30 minutes to kill alone as a tank.

I had no tank gear, flask of resistance helped a lot ;)
for rest of bosses had no problems, just had to dps only with DeathStrike for constant heal
with Retri is a bit safer, cause you can switch to shield/healing mace, pvp libram helps a lot.

My vote goes to DK, mostly because they have really good sustain. Their heals are instant, and they never go oom. Clear times would probably be faster on DK too I imagine.
