Im not very happy with the current customer care. its been 5 days I made a ticket and asking for a guide from support but im not getting any response.
what is the problem?
we are customers and we spend money and time on this website but in return we are not getting any respect.
is that really hard to reply to tickets?
I want to know what is the problem here.

2. all money you give the server is a donation
3. Big servers like this one tend to be understaffed, search or ask the forum before opening a ticket
