Technical Repeating Voice-lines from Mortar Team; heard from Kharanos

I'm hearing voice-lines & sound-clips from the Mortar Team Angus & Shorty, except I'm nowhere near them, and it keeps happening.

I've just started as a Gnome Warlock, I'm currently around Kharanos. Playing on WoTLK 3.3.5a (WoD Models), Realm Lordaeron. I have confirmed it is none of my addons.

The lines include:

-"This is my boomstick!"
-"MORTAR COMBAT!"
-"Come on shorty - On our way"
-"I'm your shooter"
-"You have a target?"
-"Fire!"
-*Mortar sound*
-"I'm TNT - I'm dynamite"
-"Hey you, catch"

and more. As if the entire scene is happening but I'm nowhere near.

It happened once when I first logged on, then it happened again like 20~(?) mins later, the series of voice lines & sound clips within about 5 minutes.

Extremely annoying to keep hearing, I'm hoping some help can be provided, or a fix found.

It appears I am not the only one; it's even happening to a Dwarf too.
I'd be interested to know if this always happens to Dwarves/Gnomes, or to everyone in Dun Morogh, I will update when I have more information.
