would like to start playing in their realms, the WotLK expansion, I have the complete game downloaded from other server, but there is a shortage of players, I do not know if I have to download everything again or just have to change the Real List, I would appreciate an answer.

Yes, if it's an unmodified client then you're safe to use it here, just change the realmlist.wtf file to
set realmlist logon.warmane.com

If it was a custom realm (custom level cap, talents, gear) then it might be modified and you might get flagged by anticheat software, then it would be better to download the original client on the download page (use the (old) one, it's more stable)

Yeah it will work fine if it's the original game files, one of my guildies are doing this but they cannot use some / commands for macros like /Increase max camera factor, just a heads up.
