please help quest chain got bugged

I BOUGHT THE BATTERED HIT FOR THE SWORD , I DID THE QUEST CHAIN AND GOT STUCK ON THE SUNWELL " THE PURIFICATION OF QUEL DALAR " I PLACED THE SWORD BUT IT WONT LET ME GRAB IT , SO I THINK ITS BUGGED , PLEASE I NEED HELP!

open an ingame ticket and wait for a response.

You shouldn't be in a raid group. You can't do quests (with exceptions of raid quests) in raid groups.
Abandon the quest, leave the raid group and take the quest again. Talk to him, he'll port you inside.

It might not let you in without a raid group but you have to leave the group when you are ready to loot the item.
