Site Restore old account?

Hello, where do I contact the staff so I can provide sensitive information to get access to my old account restored?

In my account settings, there is only an option for ban appeal but I wasn't banned, just changed my number and phone so cant pass 2FA but I have access to the original email, username, know the password, etc

2FA set years ago on the account (like 2016/2017)....
