WotLK Question about Icecrown realm pop cap time

Do anyone know at what time do we start having queue to log in at Icecrown during weekdays?

I thought queue was present earlier and, and at this time (12:57 Realm Time) there are 9484 players connected to Icecrown. That means that, to reach 12k cap, there's got to be a couple of more hours yet to log in without queue. This is fantastic because, in America (as continent) we may log in at midday? Im from America (Chile), thats why i ask this information. I would like to know if i can log in at lunch time instead of breakfast time hahaha I <3 Warmane

Maybe around 14:00 ST, or bit later. Europeans getting from school around that time, and workers getting home some hours after that. So my educated guess would be 14:00 - 16:00 ST when it gets full.
