Donation methods different for other countries?

I wanted to make a donation for a friends account. A payment method when I go to donate and pay with card is to use a CVS gift card. I purchased a CVS gift card and planned to give him the code so that he could donate but he said the only options he sees is VISA, Yandex Qiwi, Webmoney, and Mini.

Now he lives in the Ukraine and I live in the United States so I thought maybe only certain payment method are available in certain regions. Is there a way he can enable CVS gift card as a payment method so that I could donate for him, or is there any other way for me to transfer coins to him if he does not already have a premium account?

he can try using a vpn, you can also gift him coins, but that won't give him premium status so he won't skip que.

I think (without being 100% sure) that it's for legal reasons that they use different donation methods dependent on your location.
At least, that's what I figured so far.

Dont use VPN already get IP banned for it when tryed donate by diferent country ip

that's from landing on a banned ip. you can send an email to [email protected] to have that lifted if it was indeed from the vpn.
