hi! I just want to know if how can a Premium Member avail of a Discount Code for buying something in the Marketplace? Any reply would be highly appreciated. Tyvm! :D

You can use it on the store but not on trade. When you click buy it shows up a window to confirm where you can enter the discount code.

they usually give one discount code on 1st January. (you will find it on My Account page)
So, in your case, you have to wait 3 days for your first discount code.

As dolcokidol said, it is not usable on "Trade" section
