I can't play another server ?

Yes, you can play in any other server with the same client if you change the realmlist, as long as it's the same expansion (wotlk, tbc, ...)

I change the realmlist but when i start Wow.exe it's always Warmane, i don't understand why =<
And yeah i'm sure it's the same expansion =)

Then you haven't changed the correct file. For wotlk it's in Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf, for tbc it's in the root
