I noticed in the Icecrown server i'm receving some extra EXP i was wondering if there was Double EXP or something like that

these are the rates for all realms:

[tbc] Outland: x5 experience
[wotlk] Lordaeron: x1
[wotlk] Icecrown: x7 experience, x3 gold rate, weapon skills, profession and reputation rates
[wotlk] Blackrock: Instant 80 (only PvP)
[mop] Frostwolf: x7 experience, x3 gold rate, weapon skills, profession and reputation rates

So yes, on icecrown you get more exp
