WotLK Where to Report a player for ninja looting?

Hi, I was tanking Violet Hold HC, and a boss dropped 199gs gloves with defense, I needed them, but a retri paladin with 392gs gloves needed them and won them. Claiming he needed them for his offspec, witch does not make sense since the ones he had were so much stronger that they would undoubtedly be better for prot too...
Anyway, I took screenshots while it was happening, a screenshot of his gloves, and chat with me trying to reason with him that ended up with him ignoring me.
Where do I report this ninja looting to Warmane? Do I just open a ticket?
