WotLK Character restoration

Hi guys, I used to have an 80 rog human on Loraderon x1, and gived account to one of my friends, the thing is he didnt tell me and transfered this char to another server.
So my question: Is somehow possible to restore my character.
If its needed I can pay for that.
And to level another one is goin to take really much time.

Services > Character Restoration.

Characters can only be restored within 30 days of deleting them.
