    i got ip ban on site for no reason, i can play my characters in game tho

    can somebody tell me what happened? appearently my ip was terminated due to advertising, altho i didnt advertised anything, anyway i did suspect one thing tho, i use vpn alot days when i was banned so maybe that was the problem? i logged with some ip that was appearently banned or something i dont even know.... can somebody help please?

    Yes, using a banned IP address can get your account banned. And in some cases it will only show up on website. Send an email to [email protected]
