Hi,
I've recently brought a friend back to the game and we planned to raid a bit together.
I sent him a few coins to buy a 70+ character (Lorda) and start grinding xp/event.
3 days ago he got banned for "account trading" apparently, and according to the guidelines of the forum there's not appeal for that?
There is no longer support for the following occurrences:
- Account trading, this is a bannable offense and will result in the accounts in question being terminated.
A few things to note:
He got the premium with his own euros, and I gave him the coins via warmane (and paid the coin fee on the transaction so it's all legit).
He bought the character via the trade section using coins, so no anomaly here either.
He didn't do anything except grind xp, farm AH, and do a bit of EOF event.
He doesn't use global and has never advertised/tried to buy some shady account from global
I don't think he has ever done anything that qualifies as "trading accounts" and I would like to be given an explanation on why exactly he has been considered in violation of ToS. Is there anyway to reach GM even if the motive is "account trading" ?
I would like to know for my friend
And I would like to know for myself too :) I want to play with him and I also "wasted" 40 coins with that ban.
P.S: my account is in good standing since 2015 so obviously we have a general idea of what we should and shouldn't do in this server
Staff are not required to respond to any post on the forums and making posts specifically to obtain staff attention is actually against forum rules as far as i remember, You'll have better luck talking in PM's to staff here on the forums.
Do you happen to know who in the staff would be the one most likely to be able to give me the infos I need ?
edit: removed call for staff
Still LF answer as to what my possible actions are here...
