Hello, I tried 4 times already to donate for my underage son's account with my credit card and I go all the way to providing the 3d secure password only to see a message saying the transaction failed. The money are taken from my card and later refunded. I have donated many times before on my account but my son's account is new and never had a donation before. Please help me fix this issue, the queue is very annoying.

It's most likely Paymentwalls fraud detection system. It probably got triggered because you tried to donate on another account with the same card. You have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.

Pictures of my card or Mint (wth is that anyway?)... I got two step verification on my phone provided by the bank that issued the card. Any clue on when will this be fixed? I don't have an account at Paymentwall nor I wish to create one.

Mint is a prepaid card, owned by Paymentwall. It's a payment method that should be available in almost all countries.

That's how Paymentwall works. Nobody will fix it for you. To solve the issue you can choose one of the 2 options I mentioned.

First of all thank you for your replies, I now have a better understanding of what is going on.
So I can't pay directly with my credit card (like I have done before many times), I can't even pay through Paymentwall (poor choice from Warmane if you ask me), instead I have to buy some prepaid card from Paymentwall then use that card to pay to Warmane. The thing is I have no desire to provide anything to Paymentwall, I am not their client nor do I want to be, in fact all I want is to donate for my son's account so we can play together.
Since I have been blocked from doing a legitimate transfer with my own card and money, I'd say there is a problem that needs fixing (considering that is exactly what should be allowed) and until I have a way to send my money to Warmane without sending me to third party links where I need to give my personal details and/or credit card I will not donate anymore. Again, thanks for your support.
