WotLK I've lost my shaman quest item

hello,
a little bit of background, I've just revived my character after 2~years or so of inactivity so I have to rename my character
the item that I lost is a bracer for shaman quest "Call Of Water"
as per title, I need help and i can't progress my character without that item

Abandon the quest and retake it - NPC will provide you with a fresh bracer.

nevermind, I just need to summon the corrupted water manifestation using the water sapta then kill it.
