WotLK What are the requirements for the quest [Sartharion Must Die]?

I've been level 80 for a couple weeks now, about 5.4k gs and I was wondering what the requirements for this quest are. I've killed him several times already and I haven't been eligible for the quest at all.

Only requirement is that you haven't finished another weekly since Friday and that you don't have other weekly quest in your quest log.
Abandon all [X Must Die] quests and you should be eligible for that quest.
