I am doing Chain Quest in ICC. One of that lead me to this quest Tirion's Help and according to carbonite it is 5/6 part of the chain. But the NPC Tirion Fording is not there and the place is deserted ( it is near Argent Crusade). I checked at YouTube and i am at right place of the quest. can any one help?
