WotLK Account deactivated or hacked and changed

Hello,

my brother was playing on Icecrown for quite a while until he stopped about like 9 month ago. Now he was trying to log in again and the system says the password is wrong. He tried to retrieve password and username but no email is sent to him. So we are guessing his account got hacked and the email and password is changed or the account got deactivated. My brother also has a backup file of his account as evidence, but its like a year old. We need help from some staff please. I am writing in his name because he doesnt have an account anymore to write on the forums. If I could get a private message of a staff member I could send the login name back. I don't want to post it on here. Thanks.

Email [email protected] and they'll guide you further. You'll just need some way of showing them that you are the owners of the account and that's it.
