Why can't I sell anything (gold) in the Lordaeron Item Trade section when I am level 80, I have 1500 achievement points, I have account status "in good standing" and I also have Two Factor Authentication enabled?

That is really stupid.. I got everything so I can change my name then I find out that you can do it for points only on Icecrown and now I can’t even get myself the stupid coins trough gold in game... Gj Warmane make everything paid

well, I have no interest into defending warmane but you have decide to play on "Lordaeron", which is the realm designed to give a "blizzlike" experience with even Buffed Boss.
I doubt on Wotlk Retail players were able to "sell gold" to rename their character

Btw you could ask around in-game to find out there is no Point Shop/Serivice on Lordaeron and that "Trade" system was available only to premium account

That is still stupid.. so there is no way of getting coins trough playing? Can I at least sell my gold maybe in-game and the person will send the coins to me somehow?

What you can do is:
1. Trade those gold in-game to a friend who is able to use "Trade" system
2. He sell Gold on "Trade"
3. He gift you the Coins (but 1 Coins will be gone as Fee)

And doing what skullatbash described will net you a 2c loss since there's a fee for sale and also when gifting coins. I'm not sure weather or not is that allowed, but if it is, there's ZERO support if the person just keeps the coins and/or gold afterwards. You've traded him willingly, dodging the official Trade function, he won't get a ban, you'll have lost your gold. That is if it's allowed.

Paid coin gifting is against the rules, doesn't matter if it's for real world currencies or in-game.

Coin Gifting system is solely for gifts, buying or selling Coins is completely forbidden, anyone reported or found to be advertising the buy and sell of gift coins will be banned. This rule applies to both advertising ingame, the forum, 3rd party websites and anywhere else.
It is forbidden to advertise coin-paid service advertisements.

That is really stupid... other games at least have some way of getting premium currency without acctually paying like V-Bucks in Fortnite... you can grind yourself the currency trough playing and achieving ranks in battlepass or something like that... Or is there any other way I don't know of?

You want someone else to work day and night very hard to give you a completely free product? You have to hold common sense. What is really stupid here is the way you thinking! You're too greedy to even pay 10 Euro, but you want free product ?
Remember, this server is not your right to have and even your own account, it is not yours. Everything here belongs to Warmane and they giving it to you to enjoy it, be grateful. your "Battlepass" is the premium status that you purchase, the premium currency is coins, you literally answered your own questions.
Coins can be earned through selling gold.
