Hi,
My question is simple: If I donate for a profession+recipes, do I get specializations aswell? precisely with this example: If I donate for blacksmithing, do I get all specializations?
I tried to ask my problem in game to avoid a useless post, but unsuccesfully the only whisps that I had were about linking profession or asking me if I had to craft something.
Thanks for the patience
Ps: if Yes, will I be able to do quest for specialization aswell?
First of all, I did not donate for prof. But I believe you will not get specialization this is mainly because one prof may have multiple specialization. Using your example of blacksmith, do you know that blacksmith have around 4 if I am not mistaken. Armorsmithing, Weaponsmithing (sword, mace, and I forgot another one). So you will probably need to do the quest yourself.
PS: Blacksmithing and leatherworking's specialization have little impact to wotlk expansion this is mainly due to Blizzard created them during TBC but for some reason did not create their wotlk version of recipe. They only matter if you want transmog but I doubt it. People prefer instances' loot transmog over crafing transmog anyway.
