WotLK Crit chance drop after being disarmed, stays low after end of disarm

Hi, I noticed something and idk where should I write about it so I will place it here. Im level 48 rogue. Recently I noticed that after being disarmed, my crit chance jumps from 18% to 8%, which is normal for the duration of disarm and low unarmed skill, but after that, it stays at the 8% even when i get my weapons back. It only fixes after unequip and reequip of the main hand or after relog. Any sugestions how to fix this? Anyone with same problem?
