[ANSWERED]Oracles/Frenzyheart questchain inaccessible

[Tastytoast]

My character Tastytoast is old core, my Oracles/Frenzyheart questline is bugged and I cannot access it because I never actually "started" it.
It was once possible to skip part of the questchain with frenzyheart by killing the elite mob and farming oracles dailies right away without killing Pitch.
I'm currently stuck at Exalted with Oracles and I can't reset my reputation by killing Artruis and the oracle, no quests become available to me.

Is it possible to reset my reputation with both to Neutral and maybe give me the quest "Playing Along" that starts the questchain?
