I was thinking what is the best way to spend those 10 coins, maybe gold ?

Gold, or start farming gold and sell it for coins, then buy your BiS. Although for new player, I recommend gold, so you can buy BoE's and get into raiding scene faster.

Iam not into this pay to win things, I think I will farm more coins for some mount or boost to another 80. But thanks for the advice !
