Hello, i was away from the game from quite a while and i decided to come back and realised that all of my chars are gone..
Is there any way to have them back, i dont se a point to start playing again from the start..

You probably fell victim to a inactive account cleanse. No way to get things back, sadly.

I always see "send email to [email protected]" in these cases, I don't know what are the results of it. Don't get your hopes high, however.

Some cases might be from a server merge or closure, and they might still be archived. Other cases it might have been from before we became Molten and it now being too late. Yet another cases can be someone broke into the account and deleted everything, and support isn't offered beyond the capability of restoring recently deleted characters. Support will be able to say which is the case.

Any way to open a ticket to resolve this issue? I am experiencing the same situation, and the only ticket options I have in the support tab are for ban appeals. Sorry to bug ya
