Site I forgot my email and i can't access my account unfortunately. I have 2fa on.

I've recently changed a computer and when i opened my warmane account with my login details, it told me to check on my email and enter the verification code.

Basically i know the user and password of my account but i cant access it and heres why

Since i changed my computer, the warmane detected new device and asked me to enter verifcation code. I've change email just about 1month ago or so which i've made specifically for warmane and didn't think id ever use it again. I no longer can remember my email of my account, i know it's password for sure because i use the same password everywhere. I know that if i get my email, i will be able to log on it cause my password is the same as everywhere, and it will also help me verify 2fa. I have no way of logging into the account

Somebody please help me on this matter
