Please help !!

I can not login in my characters,
i got " you have been disconnected from server" after 10-30 secs ...
1- i tryed to open ticket in game but it does not work,
2- i tryed to auto unstuck my character from website but it does not work,
3- i tryed to run game in comparability mode but it does not work,
4- i tryed to restart my router so my ip would change, but it does not work,

Can any one people help ??
