WotLK How to log in?

Hi I just downloaded a WOTLK client and I tried using the email and password for my account here but it doesn't seem to work. What account and password would I have to use? Thank you to any who respond.

Use the username you are using for account instead of email address

I'm a mac user and i have two app files, but non of them work. Any ideas about the problem?

I tried using account name but it just says its connecting for a few seconds then it says it is unable to connect.
