Pandaria Game reset at every exit

Hello!
Each time i re-enter WoW i am asked to accept the initial contracts and it never remembers my username, no matter how many times i ask it to do so. Also, it asks me to reset the "dominos" addon bars each time. It's a bit of a pain and i was wondering if anybody knew a solution to this problem, if its even solvable.

Edit: Ops, I have posted the wrong message.

this is the correct one:

Follow these steps
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

This helps "now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only""
