Recover Password

Hello there,

I have two accounts, this one and another one.

For the second one i forgot my password and i am trying to recover it by email, but i get an error when i try to reset it.
I will put a photo with the error here. There is another option to reset the password? Is there any bug on the website?

The error is: Password reset email failed to send, try again.
