    Getting no Authenticator-Code via eMail

    Hi, i got a new computer but cannot log ingame because i dont get an email with an authenticationcode.
    What can we do here?

    the in-game code usually requires between 30sec / 5 min.

    If you have a problem, you can temporarily disable "in-game proctection".

    my account > securty > remove "Enable in-game protection" > log in-game > enable back that protection
