So i have been playing since 2015 then i stopped , i recall buying a mount from the shop and transfering my character ( playwithme ) to a realm that apparently does not exist anymore ( neither my character ) .
so i downloaded the game this week planning on loging to my char but i did not find him ,so i was wondering is there a possibility to get back my old char and my mount ?
