Site Found a marketplace bug. Is bugtracker the appropriate place to submit this bug?

Hello,
I found a bug on the marketplace; The conductive seal item on the point shop is not accurately described on the point shop. The item is unique-equipped, but the tooltip for this item on the marketplace doesn't say this.

Should this be submitted on bugtracker?

those info are based on item database: http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=45495

Every ring does not shows "unique-equipped" but WoW players usually knows that (at leats for epic Wotlk rings)

So I am not sure this is a "bug"
