I recently bought item two times by accident and i know where to file a ticket.
But when i try to send ticket lower field needs to be with selected item.
How to select that item?

Hello, i made a mistake buying items.
Apparently i bought "Voice Of Reason" shield two times but i normally need just one.
I would like to return one and get points refund back.
It is in bag on my ********* char.

And lower field for item is unable to click and enter whatever needs to be entered.

That's because misbuy tickets are for coins only. No support is offered for the free points.

Well, i have the same issue and my ticket is for item purchased with coins but still doesnt allow me to click on the field for item select.

You can only file a misbuy for 24 hours after getting the item.
It also might only apply to coins you got by donating directly, not that you got with Trade, I'm not sure.

Only items purchased in last 24 hours will show up in the list since item misbuy ticket has to be created within 24 hours of the purchase. But they don't follow this policy that strictly so you can still use ticket type General Enquiry if it has been more than 24 hours.
