    Wrong item bought for coins

    Hey! I'm curious wether it is allowed to convert an item which I bought on Blackrock for Coins, into coins. I regret my decision of the bought item, I've just bought it today. Who should I contact in this case? Thank you!

    Just create a ticket under the my account tab then support and file under "item misbuy."
