Loot bug on Lich King 25 N

We couldnt distribute last item (the spell power sword) which is a bummer for me (on missbbl) and Zlopper (new mage in the guild) as new players on the server.
Help will be appreciated , thanks in advance!

better luck next time. they don't hand out loot lost due to bugs.

It's a bug that happens sometimes, to avoid, loot all the items straight away and then roll and trade it.
You'll have to get it to drop again as Gms can't help in such cases.

What does better luck next time mean ? Its a known bug it seems , why hasnt it been taken care of yet.

it's means exactly what it sounds like. bugs aren't something you can fix with the snap of your fingers. if it's reported they'll get it fixed eventually.
