What the hell is wrong with webs from ICC nerubians?

I ran a rep farm for several hours yesterday and every time we had to trigger a trap the nerubians would web me, the raid destroys the web but I remain "webbed" for the entire duration anyway and can't use my abilities or move. The fight against nerubians and deathbound ward was unreasonably difficult because I would be completely useless as a tank for 10 seconds and get about 1-2 seconds to throw out Holy Wrath before I get webbed again for another 10 seconds...
