Donated to adquire Premium status, now Account Donation rank is back to Regular
Hello,
Until 14:00 on 06/04/2020 I've been playing on my Premium account on Icecrown (no wait time), now about 30 mins ago I've tried to log in again and I have queue time as if I haven't donated for Premium status. Logging into my account it shows its status as Regular.
Is there any problem? I can't login on Icecrown.

Double check which account you're logging in with. You've confused your accounts & are logging in with an alt
