Hello! A friend of mine returned the profile, but now all of his characters have been deleted. Absolutely everyone. Can you tell me the reason and whether she can get them back.

Are you premium member? If yes that's why.
If not you probably logged recently for them to not be deleted. Maybe he logged too long ago so they were removed.

He should check https://www.warmane.com/account/services > coin> char restoration then. Maybe his chars are there.
If that ends up empty he can send an e-mail to [email protected] to find out what happened.

If 03/04/2020 was the last time he played on his char then some1 probably broke into his account.
