So i reached a point that my gear only improves with ICC raids . What am i supposed to do the rest of the week before reset . Also, at some point i will get full bis (i hope) what do you do at this point to keep it interesting?

So you got full ToC 25 gear? You can do weeklies, VoA runs, maybe get into RS minibosses clear or actually try to get in an ICC group. You will reach full BiS once you're full ICC25Hc+RS25Hc gear (in most cases) so it will take you very long while to reach that point.
After reaching BiS people mostly chase achievements or do the same thing on another toon.

thors also bang on too. What would you consider is "only improves with ICC raids" ??? That is actually between 5.7 and 5.8 gs is that where you are at?

Ye , i am at 5.9 . Some bis items some , 25 nm need 25 hc for bis and stuff like that. I used to play everyday and had to farm ,grind and do stuff to improve my character now it get like going on some raids and then wait for next week. Was so bored i picked cooking fishing to max... Guess now i got more dailies xd

You make an alt for second guild runs of coarse.

PvP, profession, farming (gold, mounts, t-mog, pets, achievements), ganking lowbies, making alts etc etc.
There is so much you can do.

Esp ganking people seems like a popular occupation.
