Everyone wants to make kills.
Healers are getting more rare by the day..
Instead of complaining you should try play one.
It's actually kind of a good feeling to carry a bg by filling such a role.

You kinda missed my point.. I asked questions about how the queue work.
I wouldnt mind waiting abit for a fair match, that way dps will most likely have a longer queue time than healers
and maybe that will urge ppl to start playing as healer
Well the queue is random isn't it. There isn't a preferred/mandatory number like in PVE, PVPers can almost always heal themselves in one way or the other so system isn't matching 2healers and 8dps, it's picking at random. And even then, people can change their specs up until the game begins.
I myself main a healer in PVE, mostly play healers and my highest achievements were obtained while healing, I just love that role. I've healed in BGs for quite a while, but I've either stopped doing BGs or I do them only on my DPS chars since almost a year ago. Somehow, my team is full relentless, other team is 2 rets and a warr just deleting them in seconds, no point in healing that ****.
My last 10 wsg there was 0 healers on horde and always 3 healers on alliance.
There no damage dealers neither.
When I join as a healer I never get anyone worth healing cause they do no damage, also they die faster than my fastest healing spell with 900 haste.
That's why I never join as a healer and probably others do same thing.

Longer RDF queue times didn't encourage people to roll tanks/healers so why would this do it?
I moan when I see that there are no healers on my team, but what gives you, me or anyone the right to force someone to play what they don't want? PVP meta already shoehorns you into playing certain cookie-cutter talent builds. Adding another filter would be an overkill.
Also the simplest solution to your problem is: if you want a healer in your BG, play as one.
I can give you my opinion, but you may not like it. I play almost exclusively healer toons and healer specs. I only do pvp (unless a friend needs pve help or something). One of the reasons you see so few healers in bgs is that so few players will do a damned thing to help peel or protect healers. As a healer, you automatically have a giant target on your back. If you're any good, the opposition knows damned well who you are. They've seen you before, and they are already calling out the death grips and chain cc's that will immediately be applied to you and any other healer on the team as soon as the bg begins. If you're in a solid premade, your team will look out for you. Then you can have some fun. It can be really rewarding to do a good job of pvp healing. If it's a pug, you're going to be stunned, silenced, death gripped, polymorphed, feared, banished, blinded, cycloned, sapped, gouged, etc, etc, etc until they've killed everyone around you, and then they will kill you. Then the very dps that did nothing to peel you or protect you will ***** and say "Why didn't I get any heals???" If you didn't get healed it's because A) You were LoS, or B) You were out of range, or C), your healers was being cc'd, or D) Your healer was dead because you didn't work as a team and help him/her. If I have mana, I'm healing, dispelling, or cc'ing *constantly*. But it isn't a hell of a lot of fun to go into a pug and just get train focused by 8-10 angry opponents, and have no one helping you. I can survive a lot on most of my healing toons. But no one can survive ten BiS toons chain critting them. This is advice from someone with over 300,000 hk on four healing toons -- and a quite a bit more than that on retail (back in the day).
TLDR: Protect your healers. Give a damned peel once in a while. Foster a working relationship with players you've met than can actually do the job. Get yourself in premades.
