Site Donation - NO coins received

I donated more than 2 hours ago, I still have not received my coins. I have proof of payment, and was asked for copy of ID and a photo of the back of the card that was used to purchase the coins.

Please assist urgently, I really would like to play as soon as possible. I am a new player.

Sometimes it can take a bit of time. This is clearly stated on the site. With them asking for your ID (and it being easter) it may take some time for them to review the ID and confirm it.

EDIT: Would personally give it a day, then check back.

Same happened to me. I was asked ID and Debit Card photos. They couldnt read the information because of flashlight and was asked one more time by e-mail. They said I can attach new photos under that e-mail. I did but no reply since then. And I havent got any refund. I dont know whats going on. At least I expected an e-mail.
