Technical Enormously high latency

For the past day and for a few hours last Friday, the latency has been huge.

In game latency is around 5k to 12k on and off. Sometimes it will get to normal but then be unplayable again after entering a bg/instance.

Same issue here.

Relogging does not matter either. I play from East Coast, 200 latency is fine, but on some of my accounts, the latency is 3500+, making it diffcult to play.

My ISP is not the issue, internet speed tests are fine and I am able to run multiple videos in the background (having multiple videos did not normally increase my gameplay latency, the latency increase is recent development)

I was just about to make another thread with this exact same issue, it's completely unplayable and I don't understand what's the issue, i know it's the server because my internet is completely fine, I have zero issues in other games so I just don't understand, I'd love to know a fix for this. Yesterday the latency was mostly only in dungeons but today it's unplayable everywhere and this is a recent issue because I didn't have this issue a couple of days ago. I have had latency of up to 20000+

Same thing today. Takes server a few minutes to respond to an action, like mounting.
