Eye of Acherus bugged??Death Knight

Is the quest "Death comes from on high" bugged?? I ask because when I right click on the Eye of Acherus nothing happens, it won't let me control it or anything.I tried loging out and back in, abandoning the quest taking it again, but nothing happens.Anybody got a solution??
