    Healing The Lake- Dranaei Quest (Neutralizing Agent)

    I have accepted the quest and once I spread the neutralizing agent on the crystal, it did not work. The quest is incomplete and I have no neutralizing agent anymore so I have to abandon the quest and try again but this still didn't work. I have tried multiple times and tried logging out and other methods but those methods still don't work. Is there any solution.
