WotLK How to report a scammer who is selling his account ?

I have a proof of a player selling his account to people and scamming coins from them. I went ahead and reported him via [email protected] and they told me they don't offer support for this case via that method and I should open a ticket through Support section on the website.

I went ahead and made the report as suggested, and the answer again "we do not offer support for such a case."

what then ?? I am reporting a scammer who is selling his account with VIDEO proof he is opening his own email and handing password to another person !! You can even check the scammer's requests of changing email numerous times in his log claiming his account was hacked. To return it after being sold.

The sad part about all this is that the "buyer" made a ticket himself on the scammer's account and told you guys that the original owner is SELLING HIS account. The ticket was closed with no questioning.
