"A life without regrets" quest bugged OG/UC. What do I do now?

Hello,
I have the cities of Orgrimmar and Undercity bugged. Nothing appears on them. I have the quest "a life without regrets" but I am unable to complete it. There is a story between Jaina and Thrall in Orgrimmar. Later, you receive Thrall's "a life without regrets" quest and a portal for UC opens. Once there you must speak to Vol'jin, but it is not possible to speak to him. I abandoned the quest, but the cities are still bugged, with nothing. Only with Thrall and Jaina. What should I do?

Relog at Vol'jin worked for me. If that won't work, try abandoning the quest, retake it at thrall, use the portal and relog at Vol'jin again.

You can also check the bugtracker for the quest, people might have additional suggestions.

Thank you for the tips. I solved the problem by ignoring the portal generated in OG for UC. I went by boat to UC. Once there, I completed the quest. :D
