I was queueing for a dungeon the other day with a buddy, we got into FOS, and just the first bit of trash had been cleared. We were ready to rock and roll but the tank, heal, and other dps just stood there. When I asked what was going on they said they were trying to kick us to get better dps (mind you I was 5.5k at the time and my buddy was around 5k). Obviously they couldn't kick us because neither one of us were going to vote to kick the other. So I told them we would be questing until they shape up and continue with the dungeon. They stayed in the dungeon, and we tele out and began questing. After probably 20 minutes, they left the dungeon, we requeues with the FOS save, and got a group and finished the dungeon. My question is, was what my friend and I did punishable? Was what the other players did punishable/reportable?

If they stood and refused to do dungeon, then yeah it's punishable. What you did is also punishable. You essentially left the dungeon and didn't want to do it. You should've stayed inside and asked them to go. If they refused SS and you'd get ez ban proof.

The OP did try to do it, but the rest of them wouldn't move. I'm on OPs side, he should report them.
