WotLK Buff cap in 3.3.5a

Hello, so I really like getting permanent buffs, like precious ribon, Aura of the Forgotten and many others, my question is:

Will these buffs reduce my dps in raid, since they contribute to the cap, or am i free to get whatever buffs i want ?

It's all good, it wont affect your dps. You can get to visual "cap", but that wont affect actual stats.
